3MTT Lagos Community Update - February
Powered by Fransunisoft
Dear Lagosian Fellows,
I’m excited to welcome you to the February edition of the 3MTT Lagos Community Newsletter.
When we launched our inaugural edition in October 2025, the goal was simple: to create a space that keeps us informed, inspired, and connected as we build the future of technical talent in Nigeria. Since then, the community has grown stronger, louder, and more intentional.
For those who may be new here, my name is Oluwaseyi Francis Ayodele, and I am the State Program Manager/Community Manager for the 3MTT Program by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation, & Digital Economy, supporting community growth, talent visibility, and ecosystem engagement.
My focus is simple: ensuring that your skills translate into visibility, opportunity, and real impact.
This journey isn’t always loud. Some of you are building in silence. Some are experimenting. Some are refining your path. And some are still figuring out where you fit in tech, and that is completely valid.
What matters is this: you are here. You are building. And you are part of something bigger.
This newsletter remains your space — a progress signal, a reality check, and a reminder that you are not navigating this alone.
Let’s get into it.
Here’s what’s on the lineup today

3MTT SouthWest Impact Summit & Regional Hackathon
In December 2025, the 3MTT SouthWest Impact Summit & Regional Hackathon officially marked the graduation of Cohort 3 fellows across the region, while showcasing some of the most outstanding innovation projects built within the programme.
Bringing together government stakeholders, private sector leaders, ecosystem partners, and technical talent, the summit highlighted 3MTT’s regional impact and reinforced its mission to move fellows from skills acquisition to real-world problem solving.
🏆 Hackathon Winners
